Strategic Plan Measure: % of student reporting they feel safe, welcome, and accepted at school
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): If MPMS implements practices to support student's social, emotional, and mental health needs, then 75% will report feeling safe at school and 80% will report feeling welcomed and accepted on the end of the year district student survey.

Strategic Plan Strategy: If MPMS utilizes Lexia data to monitor student reading growth and implement changes in the learning process, then all students will demonstrate growth on ELA OSAS.
